・Before Placing an Order・
All goods once sold are non-returnable and non-returnable
Please confirm the product before placing an order.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed.
All products are manually measured, and a 1-3cm margin of error is considered normal.
Due to variations in display screens, there may be slight color discrepancies between
the actual product and its representation on the screen. Therefore, returns or
exchanges based on color differences will not be accepted.

・Pre-order Products・
Orders for this product must be placed by [Monday] at the latest in [Pre-Order Mode]
It will be shipped [14 days] after the order cut-off.
The express company decides on the delivery time. 3–7 days is the typical delivery time.
It will be dispatched normally if it is not clearly designated as [pre-order product].

・Receiving Guidelines・
We do not provide refunds or return services. However, if you receive a defective product,
we will offer an exchange for the same model. Please remember to keep the hang tags and
packaging of the product. If you need to request an exchange, please take photos
and inform us within 2 days of receiving the product, counting from the day of delivery.
We will assist you promptly, but requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.

・Goods Ineligible for Return・
We cannot accept exchange requests for products with damaged or incomplete packaging,
or if they are missing invoices, accessories, etc. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges made
with malicious intent or excessive requests.
